The Founder, Dickson Lau is a Workforce Management (WFM) expert with an extensive track record in providing clients, both large and small, with guidance in managing their company’s most important assets – its people – to ensure they are putting the best employees in the right place, at the right time, giving them their best chance at success.


With over 17 years of hands on experience within the Workforce Management space, Mr. Lau has been successful everywhere he has gone. While each client has their unique challenges, one thing has remained consistent with Mr. Lau’s approach - he will find the best value for his clients and develop the optimal strategy for their individual needs.

Mr. Lau’s passion for Workforce Management is demonstrated in his previous work across various industries spanning the globe. He empathizes with his clients, and their challenges, while having the discipline to remain focused on
the end goals.

As a certified project manager, Mr. Lau has spear-headed large-scale enterprise implementation projects (30k - 100k employees) with great success. Leaning on his previous experiences, Mr. Lau can dissect the requirements and cut to the client’s needs quickly while making sound recommendations leveraging other similar requisites.

Mr. Lau has worked hard to develop long term partnerships with his previous clients to ensure that he remains available to them long after the engagement has concluded.
